My name is Vasantha Eswara, founder and heart behind Sierra Cancer Wellness. As a breast cancer survivor myself, I intimately understand the challenges and emotions that come with a breast cancer diagnosis. With over 15 years of experience supporting women on their journey, I am dedicated to providing personalized guidance and empowering solutions to those affected by breast cancer. My breast cancer journey reshaped my perspective, ignited my passion, and inspired me to create Sierra Cancer Wellness. I know firsthand the fear, uncertainty, and emotional rollercoaster that accompanies this diagnosis. It is through my own experience that I have found healing, strength, and the desire to help fellow warriors navigate this challenging path. I am committed to helping others through personalized coaching sessions. My bond with you extends beyond shared experiences it encompasses the knowledge gained from supporting numerous women on their unique breast cancer journeys. Ellen Pensky McGraw
Ellen Pensky McGraw is an entrepreneur, marketing leader, and passionate advocate for women’s health and cancer wellness. Her career spans journalism, marketing, and public relations, with a longstanding focus on storytelling, community building, and meaningful impact.
Twenty-five years ago, Ellen founded BumbleBee Marketing Services, where she spent more than two decades helping organizations grow through strategic B2B demand generation, public relations, digital marketing, and events. Under her leadership, the agency earned multiple industry awards and was named Pleasanton’s Business of the Year in 2020. Prior to launching BumbleBee, Ellen held senior marketing communications roles in the technology and real estate sectors.
Ellen is a proud Cal Poly San Luis Obispo alumna and has remained deeply connected to the university as a mentor and advocate for the journalism program. She served on the Journalism Advisory Board for ten years, supporting milestone celebrations such as the 100-year anniversary of Mustang Daily and the 50-year anniversary of KCPR, and helping to launch Cal Poly’s journalism mentorship program.
In 2024, Ellen sold her company and intentionally shifted her focus toward health advocacy and cancer wellness founding Bluebird Wellness Marketing Services. Drawing from both personal experience and professional expertise, she now creates programs, events, podcasts, and written content that encourage women to listen to their bodies, ask questions, and advocate for their health. Her work is rooted in compassion, education, and community—values that strongly align with the mission of the Sierra Cancer Wellness Foundation, where she proudly serves as Board Secretary.
Ellen also serves on the Board of the El Dorado Hills Newcomers Organization as Vice President of Marketing, continuing her commitment to connection, service, and purposeful leadership.

Aimee Skrzekut
Aimee Skrzekut is the President and CEO of Synergy 360 Solutions, a consulting firm that helps organizations strengthen their triple bottom line—people, planet, and profit. She partners with executives across industries to design integrated strategies that elevate performance, improve organizational alignment, and build long‑term resilience. Her work reflects Synergy 360’s core belief that sustainable success emerges when organizations balance financial strength with human well‑being and sustainable operational practices.
Aimee brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, business development, partnership cultivation, stakeholder engagement, and innovative resource design. She has advised cooperatives, corporations, nonprofits, and mission‑driven organizations, helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen internal capacity, and position their organizations for durable growth.
Before founding Synergy 360 Solutions, Aimee served as President & CEO of the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA), where she led regional initiatives that improved organizational performance, expanded access to high‑quality services, and supported strong local economies. Her leadership emphasized practical, scalable solutions that delivered measurable results and attracted new investment.
Earlier in her career, Aimee led the National Justice Center and the International Judicial Division at the American Bar Association, overseeing complex programs, managing diverse teams, and securing significant funding to strengthen justice systems. These experiences—combined with her consulting and executive roles—underscore her ability to enhance financial performance and resource generation as part of a balanced, triple‑bottom‑line approach to management.
Aimee is a graduate of the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership. Her volunteer leadership includes serving as Treasurer and CFO of the Sierra Cancer Wellness Foundation, board member of the Alliance to Save Energy, and past service on the Beneficial Electrification Advisory Board, Touchstone Energy’s Energy Solutions Committee, HealthConnect One, and leading the AESP Chicago chapter. She holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois.
